We’re all about Fit Fam at Rose Gold Fitness! We offer two locations for all of your fitness needs. Our La Canada location is where we host our one-on-one training as well as Small Group workouts. Our second location is located near Montrose and is perfect for someone who wants a larger class feel but with the personalized attention from an expert coach. We’re allllll about that FitFam, that feeling when your song comes on, a ton of sparkle, and 116% #WOOHOO! “Rose Gold Fitness” means getting your heart-rate up, lifting that weight you never ever thought you could, putting in one more rep, and hitting all of your health goals.
