Open plan warehouse on the edge of historical downtown Culver City. We're a music studio full time and use the warehouse for events. Our busy time is on the weekends or evenings. So the warehouse sits empty all day during the week. We'd love to work with an instructor to keep the space full during the day. We're open to purchasing anything you need (mats, etc.) and storing it onsite. 1400 sq ft Mounted professional sound system Designated parking Lots of potential!!!

The main entrance for the warehouse is connected to the parking lot. You can leave the door open for easy load-in/out. I'll provide detailed directions to all who book. We also have a front door with an office in which our staff will be onsite.
