We have two private treatment/therapy rooms available for rent within our established Sports Therapy and Performance Facility in Kearny Mesa. These rooms would be perfect for a variety of uses, including chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, or many other modalities within the fields of holistic health and wellness. The amenities in the common areas of our facility, available to our renters and their clients, include the following! - Lobby Area with welcoming front desk staff - Fully stocked bathrooms and locker rooms/showers with premium amenities - 5600 square foot gym with equipment by Rogue, Woodway, and more, as well as a spacious open turf area and one lane of Mondo running track - Infrared Sauna and infrared panels - Cold plunge - Normatec and Hyperice recovery tools - Snack bar fully stocked with high quality products - Staff kitchenette and break room available as shared space with other employees/renters - Desk space available in an upstairs loft area (shared) - Opportunity for networking and engagement with our team of motivated, dedicated professionals We also offer rentals of our gym space for training and group workshops/classes, please see our other listings for more information on these opportunities.

All renters and their clients will need to sign our liability waiver. All renters should be prepared to show proof of training certification and liability insurance coverage. No smoking or vaping on the premises No pets inside the facility Please treat the space and other users with respect and follow all posted rules regarding equipment and amenities.
