Special instructions
Main entrance lobby is in the front of the building which is also a shared first room with an acupuncturist. Next, you step up stairs into the spacious and gracious Yoga studio which has tons of light and windows/doors/ ceiling fans for ventilation and cool breezes.No mirrors inside the room.
Host Use Agreement
There are NO SHOES allowed on the floor. The floor is made out of a repurposed birch laminate and cannot have shoes scuffing it up. No food inside the Asana room.
