*Please note we have various listings active for different types of usage - shared/private, various sized groups, etc.* Do you need private, exclusive access to a spacious gym/fitness facility to host a group class, workshop, or other event? We would love to accommodate you and your group, large or small. Our top class 9000+ square foot facility includes a 5600 square foot gym with equipment by Rogue, Woodway, TRX, and more as well as ample turf space, one lane of Mondo sprint track, and much more. Rental includes access to our elite recovery amenities: cold plunge, infrared sauna, infrared panels, as well as additional recovery tools by Hyperice, Normatec, and more. We also offer use of our conference room with table, chairs, and whiteboard. Access to premium bathrooms, showers, and locker rooms is also included. We will have a staff member on premises during your event to help with anything you need or answer any questions.

All renters and their clients will need to sign our liability waiver. All renters should be prepared to show proof of training certification and liability insurance coverage. No smoking or vaping on the premises No pets inside the facility Please treat the space and other users with respect and follow all posted rules regarding equipment and amenities.
