This is a private 1,800 sq ft space with 1 Freemotion and 1 Life Fitness treadmill, 6 DB racks, a LifeFitness Cross cable station, 4 TRX stations, KB's, balls, 8 thick mats, foam rollers etc.. and LOTS of open space as well. It as "wood look" padded rubber floor, and doors that you can close for privacy. It has a separate SONOS music system, lots of windows , light, and a view of the lake. It has a meeting room, two handicap accessible restrooms, and a beautiful tiled shower as well.

We are located in the heart of Rancho Santa Margarita, on the lake in a busy commercial setting. Our studio is quiet, private, very clean, and smells good! We have multiple views of the lake, and many clients walk/run the 1 mile lake before or after a workout.
